AGREEMENT ON THE USE OF COOKIES
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure maximum convenience for users by providing personalized information, remembering marketing and content preferences, and helping to obtain the information needed by the User. When using this website, you confirm your consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this notice regarding this type of file. If you do not agree to our use of such files, you should adjust your browser settings accordingly or refrain from using the Website.
The following agreement concerns the rules of the Website regarding personal information provided by Users to the Website administration.
- Introduction
This agreement relates to the information used by the Website obtained from the Website's Users. This document also contains information about "cookies," their use by the Website and third parties, and how you can opt out of such files.
- Information for Users
When viewing any page of the Website, the page itself and possibly a small text file called a "cookie" are downloaded onto your computer. This allows identifying whether a particular computer (and probably its User) has previously visited the site. This occurs during a return visit through a check of the user's computer for the presence of a cookie file left from a previous visit. Cookies are widely used by website owners to ensure the operation of websites or to improve efficiency, as well as to obtain analytical information.
Cookies may be placed on your device by the Website administration (these cookies are called "first-party"). Some cookies may be placed on your device by other operators. These cookies are referred to as "third-party cookies."
We and third parties may use cookies to know when you visit the Website and how you interact with the content. General and other information not associated with individual user identification (e.g., operating system, browser version, and URL address from which you accessed this page, including from an email or advertisement) may be collected and used based on cookies — thanks to this we can offer you more options and analyze website traffic routes, which serves as a tool for collecting general statistics on website usage for analytical research and helps us optimize the website.
Cookies allow the site to store information that affects its appearance and available features, e.g., the language interface selected by the user or region. Remembering your location, the site can provide you with various information relevant to your location. In addition, these cookies allow you to remember changes you have made to the website's design if possible (e.g., changing font size and style). Furthermore, cookies may be used for user authentication, preventing fraudulent use of credentials, and protecting user information from unauthorized access. Web servers may also record such information as the web page URL from which you accessed our Internet site and the IP address of the device you are using to connect to the Internet.
The information we receive via cookies helps us provide our services to you in the most convenient way and may help us understand our visitors.
- Information About Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data, often containing a unique anonymous identifier sent by the website's computer to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. Each website can send its cookies to your computer if your browser settings permit it. At the same time (to preserve your data privacy), your browser grants websites access only to your own cookies but does not allow them to use the same cookies left by other websites.
Cookies store information about your internet preferences. Users can configure their computers to automatically accept all cookies, warn each time a website attempts to write a cookie to the user's hard drive, or not accept any cookies at all. The latter option means some personalized services cannot be provided to users, and users choosing such settings will not be able to fully access all sections of the Website.
Each browser is unique, so refer to your browser's "Help (F1 key)" function to learn how to adjust your cookie settings.
If you set your computer to completely block cookie reception, you can still anonymously visit the Website until you decide to use one of the site's services.
- Cookie Storage Period
Some cookies act from the moment you log into the site until the end of this specific browser session. Upon closing the browser, these cookies become unnecessary and are automatically deleted. Such cookies are called "session cookies."
Some cookies remain on your device between browser sessions—they are not deleted after the browser is closed. These cookies are called "persistent cookies."
- Use of Cookies in Internet and Mobile Advertising
Together with third parties, including technology partners and service providers, we participate in interest-based advertising, providing advertisements and personalized content that we and other advertisers believe will be of interest to you. Third-party providers use cookies when delivering services for us or other companies; in such cases, we do not control the use of this technology or the resulting information and are not responsible for any actions or policies of third parties.
Advertisements may be provided to you considering your internet activity or when using mobile devices, as well as based on your search behavior, responses to our advertisements or emails, visited pages, geographic region, and/or other information. Such advertisements may appear on our website or on third-party websites. Technology partners we might collaborate with to run interest-based advertising campaigns may be members of self-regulated associations. On this website, you may also see third-party advertisements depending on which pages you visit, what actions you perform on our website, and other sites.
- Use of Web Tracking and Cookies
We use software to determine the number of users visiting our website and frequency of visits. We do not use programs to collect personal data or individual IP addresses nor create individual profiles of your internet activity. Data is used exclusively in an anonymous aggregated form for statistical purposes and to develop the website.
The contents of persistent cookies are limited to an identification number. Your real name, email address, etc., are not saved.
There is an exception: Cookies from Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica services.
This site may use the web analytics service Google Analytics. Google Analytics cookies use the user's IP address but do not conduct personal identification (information is collected anonymously and stored in abbreviated form). This information is used to compile reports and helps us improve the Website.
You can opt out of the use of Google Analytics cookies to track your activity on all websites by clicking the following link: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
This site may use the web analytics service Yandex Metrica provided by LLC "YANDEX," 119021, Russia, Moscow, L. Tolstoy St., 16 (hereinafter - Yandex).
The Yandex Metrica service uses the "cookie" technology — small text files placed on users' computers to analyze their user activity.
The collected cookie information cannot identify you but may help us improve the performance of our website. Information about your use of this website collected via cookies will be transferred to Yandex and stored on Yandex servers in the EU and the Russian Federation. Yandex will process this information to evaluate your use of the website, prepare reports for us on our website's activity, and provide other services. Yandex processes this information in accordance with the terms of the Yandex Metrica service usage agreement.
You may opt out of the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. Also, you may use the tool at https://yandex.ru/support/metrika/general/opt-out.html . However, this may affect the operation of certain site functions. Using this site implies your consent to Yandex processing your data as described above.
- Third-Party Cookies
The Website may use sharing buttons that allow visitors to bookmark a page and share its content on favorite social networks. Clicking on one of these buttons may cause the selected social media platforms to create a cookie file. The Website does not control the use of these cookie files, so you should refer to the corresponding third-party website for additional information.
Please note: when visiting a page with content embedded from other websites, for example, online maps, video players, chatbots, those websites may create their own cookie files in your browser. The Website does not control the use of these cookie files and cannot access them due to the nature of cookie operations — access to them is granted only to the party that originally created them. Look for more detailed information about these cookies on third-party websites.
We may use various analytical web services, such as Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, which help us understand how people use our websites, thereby ensuring their relevance, ease of use, and up-to-date informational content. These services use data collection technologies such as web beacons. Web beacons are small electronic images that place cookies, count visits, and measure website usage and effectiveness.
The information is anonymous and is used exclusively for statistical purposes. Web analytics data and cookies cannot be used to establish your identity since they never contain personal data, including your name or email address.
- Managing Cookies
Control over cookies from your side can be exercised in the following ways:
- Disable saving cookies;
- Limit their creation to specific websites;
- Set notifications about sending cookies in your browser;
- Delete cookies from your device (clear the cookie storage in browser settings).
Please refer to your browser instructions to learn more about adjusting or changing browser settings.
Disabling cookies may affect your browsing experience. If you use different devices to view and access the Website (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), you must ensure that each browser on each device is configured according to your cookie preferences.
- Information Sharing
We do not sell or otherwise disclose obtained information about you except in cases provided for in this agreement.
We may transfer your personal data, provided we obtain your consent:
- To our affiliated entities;
- To service providers who provide services on behalf of the Company per the Company's instructions. We do not allow these service providers to use or disclose the information unless necessary for providing services in our interests or complying with legal requirements. For example, these service providers include organizations that process credit card payments, handle transportation or delivery, execute orders, and provide web hosting and marketing services;
- To other third parties, with your consent.
Additionally, we may disclose information about you (i) if required by law or court proceedings, (ii) to law enforcement officials or other government employees, or (iii) when, in our opinion, disclosure is necessary or advisable to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with investigating suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal actions.
We also reserve the right to transfer your personal data if the Company sells or transfers its entire stake in the charter capital or assets. In case of such sale or transfer, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the party acquiring the rights uses the personal data you provided to us in the same manner as stipulated in our Privacy Policy. After such sale or transfer, you may contact the party to whom we transferred your personal data with any requests regarding the processing of this information.
